Our Inspiration:

My younger daughter  was in school’s creative writing class last year. She would come home and passionately share her beautiful poems with me. As an artist, her creative development inspired me and sparked an idea: Jewelry and Poetry.

Our Plan:

Students begin by selecting a one of a kind Krogu piece. They were asked to write a poem that conveys their interpretation of the jewelry. After the student completes the poem (with the support of [name of school]), the student will receive a high-quality print of the art piece and their poem.

On our website and social media channels, Kro-Gu will pair certain pieces of jewelry exclusively with the student’s unique poem. When the art package is purchased, 15 percent of the total sale will be donated to (name of the school). The poem will come with a display to act as a reminder that their purchase supported education and inspired a child to be creative.
